Alliance Transfusion is a leading manufacturer of the Patented CoolTAB & Haemovigil Systems with a manufacturing set up in Gurgaon ( Delhi NCR) India. Further, we have collaborated with leading manufacturers and associations in Europe and the USA to assemble a group of products that will help healthcare institutions in South Asia reach a standard at par with the best in the world. An MBA & alumni of the prestigious Sophia College Ajmer, Nupur has excess of 20 years of experience in different horizons of operations management. She has been involved in setting up two organizations from scratch in her career. She has expertise in logistics, regulatory framework, desktop marketing & establishing best practices for business processes and managing growth through good governance. She has been involved in launching a large number of products in the Indian market such as the DiaMed Gel Technology from Switzerland, Haemontrol Hb Analyser from EKF Germany and many others. She worked in key positions at some of the leading Indian Healthcare firms such as Morepen Laboratories and Bio-Rad Laboratories before founding Alliance Transfusion. A founder member of AT, now a well established name, Alliance Transfusion, involved in various patents for developing blood safety solutions.

Kartik has enjoyed a flourishing career of more than 25 years in Diagnostics & Healthcare industry in which he has got exposure to Pathology, Microbiology, Blood Transfusion, Haemotology & Molecular Biology instruments, reagents and softwares. He was the country sales head for 2 different organizations prior to joining Alliance Transfusion. The highlight of his career has been successfully introducing pathbreaking products in the Indian market and attaining remarkable sales figure in all the market and segments. A life sciences graduate from University of Delhi, and B.Tech - Computer Systems from University of British Columbia, Canada and MBA in Sales & Marketing, Kartik gained experience in various reputed firms such as Johnson & Johnson, Ranbaxy laboratories before being appointed as the Business Development Manager, Asia-Pacific region at Bio-Rad Laboratories and finally bringing his experience to Alliance Transfusion. A founder member of AT, now a well established name, Alliance Transfusion, involved in various patents for developing blood safety solutions.
